These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") are a legal agreement between you (the "User", "Client", or "you") and us, covering how you can use our Platform, buy our data products, and use our services.
By visiting our Platform, creating an account, buying data, or using our services, you agree that you have read, understood, and will follow these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you are acting for a business or organisation, you confirm you have the authority to bind that business to these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our Platform or services.
Please check these Terms from time to time, as we may update them (see Section 13).

Services: Providing Data Products, delivering data, and offering support through the Platform.
User or Client: Any person or business using the Platform or buying our Services.
2. Who Can Use Our Services
To use our Platform or Services, you must:

3. Our Services
We provide Data Products, like business contact lists and lead generation data, to help with marketing, sales, and research. These are collected from public and licensed sources.
Customisation: We can provide customised Data Products if you ask, with costs and timelines agreed in advance.
Usage Rules: Data Products are only for your internal business use. You cannot resell, share, or give them to others without our written permission.
Data Quality: We focus on providing accurate data, but since it comes from third-party sources, we cannot promise 100% accuracy or completeness (see Section 9).
Our Services are provided "as is", and we may change or stop them at our discretion.
4. Placing Orders and Payments
Pricing: Prices are shown on the Platform and may change without notice. Changes won’t affect orders already confirmed. We are not registered for Goods and Services Tax (GST), so we do not collect GST.
Payment Methods: We accept payments via UPI, bank transfer, credit/debit cards, or other methods listed on the Platform. Payments must be in Indian Rupees (INR) unless we say otherwise.
Invoices: For big orders, we may send invoices payable within 15 days. Late payments may attract interest at 1.5% per month or the maximum allowed by Indian law. Non-payment may lead to suspension of Services or legal action.

You must use our Data Products legally and ethically, following all Applicable Laws, including:

Your Data: You allow us to use your data to provide Services and meet legal requirements.
Sharing: We do not sell your data but may share it if required by law, as per the Information Technology (Reasonable Security Practices) Rules, 2011.
9. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
Our Platform, Services, and Data Products are provided "as is" without any promises, including for accuracy or suitability for a specific purpose. We do not guarantee:

11. Delivery and Support
Support: Contact us at support@buyleads.co.in from 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM IST, all days.
Data Replacement: If you find issues like invalid contacts or DND numbers (over 5% of the dataset), tell us within 7 days with proof (e.g., call logs). If verified, we’ll replace the data within 48 hours at no cost. This is your only remedy for data issues.
12. Termination
We can suspend or close your access to the Platform or Services at any time, with or without notice, for reasons like breaking these Terms. Upon termination:

You can stop using our Services at any time, but no refunds will be given.
13. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law
Arbitration: Any disputes will be settled through binding arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, in Mumbai, India, with one arbitrator. The arbitration will be in English, and the decision can be enforced in any court.
No Class Actions: Disputes must be handled individually; group or class actions are not allowed.
14. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms by posting the new version on the Platform with a new effective date. Your continued use means you accept the changes. We may inform you of major changes via email or the Platform.
15. General Provisions
Severability: If any part of these Terms is invalid, the rest stays effective.
No Waiver: If we do not enforce a term, it does not mean we waive it.
Assignment: We can transfer these Terms; you cannot without our consent.
